Below are the key steps that will be taking place in order to deliver, train and help you get the most out of Superhuman Protocol®
STEP BY STEP WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Skip steps 1- 4 if you didn't purchase a light bed.
Step 1- Bio Form
The Bio Form will collect information for your listing on the Superhuman Protocol locator and provide critical data to the installer and trainer.
Step 2 - Electrical Wiring Requirements
Please download the suitable for your light bed electrical requirements and consult with your electrician regarding the necessary installments.
Step 3 - Photo Proof
When you complete Step 2 please email photo of the outlet installed in your location to info@davincimedicalusa.com. Make sure to include the name of the company, city and the zip code.
Step 4 - Agree to Terms & Conditions

Delivery: You will receive 1 box. There will NOT be any instructions included. The manual is in your login portal (see below) AND can be download in the section "Manuals."

HYPERMAX OXYGEN
Delivery: You will receive 3 boxes (possibly at different times). There will NOT be any instructions included. It has been emailed to you, but also available in the section "Manuals."

THERALIGHT 360HD, FIT LIGHT BED OR R3 PANEL
Light Bed
TheraLight will be in touch to arrange the delivery date (if they have not yet already). Please let us know if you do not hear from someone within 3 business days. The light bed will be delivered to your desired location and general operation will be demonstrated. Your training will be done subsequently by Valerie Krossin via zoom webinar. She will reach out as well to schedule the training.
Before your one-on-one training with Valerie, steps 11 and 12 are required.
R3 Red Reactive Light Panel
Your light panel(s) will be delivered shortly. Training with panel usage will take place with your one-on-one training call with our SHP expert. Within the R3 package will be your Red Reactive Customer Welcome Package that includes the R3 user manual. Also included will be a power cable, 1 par of blackout google and hardware for hanging the panel.
